Number of entry and exit conditions

A single signal differs vastly from a multi-layer system with priority conditions. This affects price most.

Number of pairs and timeframes

One pair, one timeframe is simplest. Reading larger timeframe signals to filter smaller timeframe orders is much more complex.

Money management and risk

Fixed lots are basic. Percentage lots, drawdown limits, session stops — each adds a logic layer.

External connections

Telegram notifications, TradingView webhooks, reading from servers or exchange APIs — each connection needs its own error handling.

Control interface

Silent running by parameters works for many. Need a clickable chart panel, that's extra design work.

Your testing level

Basic backtest is included. Parameter optimization, prop-firm testing, or long demo runs are priced separately.

The most-asked questions before getting started.

I don't have Pine Script, just a trading method in my head. What then?

Still doable, and that's what the consultation is for. You explain how you enter, with a few real chart screenshots or trade logs; we rewrite it as clear conditions and send for approval.

Often this step uncovers gaps in your rules — like when two signals conflict, which one wins. We lock those down first, then write code.

Does the bot guarantee profit?

No, and anyone saying yes should be suspect. We guarantee the bot runs to your approved rules — right entries, right exits, right risk level. Whether those rules make money on real markets is up to your strategy, not the code.

That's why backtest and forward test are thorough, and you see both good and bad results. Knowing where your strategy fails beats finding out with real money.

Can the bot run on VPS?

Yes, and most clients run on Windows VPS so the bot doesn't depend on a home machine. We guide you on VPS choice and install it, or install for you if you give access.

How long does it take?

A simple request — few conditions, one pair, one timeframe — usually takes one working week. Multi-layer strategy, many pairs or external connections take longer, and timeline is locked in with the quote at consultation.

Timeline starts when spec is approved, not from your first message. Clearer spec means faster work.

How's payment? Do I pay everything upfront?

No. Two payments: 30% when spec is locked to start, 70% when you receive the working build and have tested it. You see it first, then pay the rest.

For larger projects, we split by delivery milestones — each milestone you approve, then we bill.

After delivery, how much to add changes?

Bugs against spec: free fixes for 30 days. New features or changed trading rules: separate quote based on size, always quoted before we start.

I'm abroad. Can we work remotely?

Yes, and most projects are remote. Chat over Telegram or Zalo, video call to discuss trading rules, installation we guide directly with screen share or install to your VPS.

Will my strategy be used for other clients?

No. Your trading rules are your property — we don't reuse for others, don't sell them, don't put in our products. Need written commitment, we sign before starting.

What exchanges can the bot run on?

Any exchange that allows MT4, MT5 or cTrader. If you want direct API connection, send API docs first so we check rate limits and permissions — some exchanges limit so tight certain strategies won't work, you should know before paying.
