Dịch vụ do HỘ KINH DOANH QUANG AUTOTRADE (tên thương mại TradingAuto) cung cấp, trụ sở 5/12/10 đường Lâm Hoằng, Phường Vỹ Dạ, Thành phố Huế, Việt Nam, điện thoại 0824 499 445. Khi tạo tài khoản, mua sản phẩm hoặc dùng dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này và với Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Không đồng ý thì vui lòng không sử dụng dịch vụ.
Giao dịch vàng, ngoại hối và các sản phẩm có đòn bẩy có rủi ro cao; bạn có thể mất một phần hoặc toàn bộ vốn. Bot và công cụ của chúng tôi thực hiện đúng quy tắc đã lập trình, không dự đoán thị trường và không bảo đảm lợi nhuận. Mọi số liệu backtest, kết quả lịch sử hay tài khoản chạy thật chỉ để tham khảo, không bảo đảm kết quả tương lai. Nội dung trên website, khung chat và Fanpage không phải lời khuyên đầu tư; quyết định giao dịch, mức vốn và mức rủi ro là của bạn.
Khung chat và Messenger có trợ lý tự động trả lời. Câu trả lời mang tính hỗ trợ; thông tin chính thức về giá, tính năng và điều kiện là nội dung trên trang sản phẩm hoặc xác nhận trực tiếp của nhân viên.
Tấn công hoặc dò quét hệ thống, gửi spam, lạm dụng khung chat, gian lận thanh toán, mạo danh người khác. Chúng tôi có quyền tạm khoá hoặc chấm dứt tài khoản vi phạm.
Khi điều khoản thay đổi, ngày cập nhật ở đầu trang đổi theo. Tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ sau ngày đó nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với bản mới.

The service is provided by QUANG AUTOTRADE (household business registered in Vietnam, trading as TradingAuto), 5/12/10 Lam Hoang Street, Vy Da Ward, Hue City, Vietnam, phone +84 824 499 445. By creating an account, buying or using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account.
Products are bought with credits (1 credit = 1 USD), topped up by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Prices are listed on /Pricing and may change; purchased plans are not affected. Purchased products are non-refundable unless the product page states its own refund conditions — most products can be tried on a demo account first. Free-use programmes through partner brokers follow the conditions published when you join and may change or end.
Each key is used as stated on the product page (usually one key per trading account at a time) for the term purchased. You receive a right to use the software, not the code. Sharing, reselling, cracking or reverse-engineering is not allowed and may lead to revocation without refund.
Consultation → quote and signed-off specification → development → testing with a key-locked trial build → delivery → warranty. 30% is paid when the specification is agreed, 70% after you have received and tested a working build. Quotes cover the compiled build; source code costs an extra 40%. A 30-day warranty covers defects against the specification; new features are quoted separately. Your strategy rules are kept confidential.
