Xoá dữ liệu trò chuyện (Messenger hoặc khung chat website)

  1. Nhắn cho Fanpage Tradingauto.org trên Messenger câu: “Xoá dữ liệu của tôi”. Nếu bạn chat trên website, nhắn Zalo 0387654360 hoặc Telegram @duyquang555 kèm thời điểm và nội dung đầu tiên của cuộc chat để chúng tôi tìm đúng.
  2. Chúng tôi xác nhận yêu cầu và xoá toàn bộ nội dung tin nhắn, hồ sơ tư vấn, phiếu hỗ trợ và mã định danh liên quan trong vòng 30 ngày.
  3. Chúng tôi nhắn lại khi đã xoá xong.

Xoá tài khoản website

Nhắn Zalo hoặc Telegram ở trên từ email / số điện thoại đã đăng ký, ghi rõ tên đăng nhập. Tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân sẽ bị xoá trong 30 ngày; riêng chứng từ giao dịch (hoá đơn nạp, mua hàng) được giữ ở dạng tối thiểu theo thời hạn kế toán bắt buộc. License key đang dùng sẽ ngừng hoạt động khi tài khoản bị xoá.

Gỡ quyền của ứng dụng trên Facebook

Trong Facebook: Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web, chọn ứng dụng của TradingAuto và bấm Gỡ. Việc gỡ chỉ ngừng quyền truy cập mới; để xoá dữ liệu đã lưu, hãy gửi yêu cầu như trên.

Data Deletion Instructions

Delete your conversation data (Messenger or website chat)

  1. Send the message “Delete my data” to the Tradingauto.org Facebook Page on Messenger. For website chat, contact Zalo +84 387 654 360 or Telegram @duyquang555 with the date and first message of the chat so we can locate it.
  2. We confirm the request and delete all message content, consultation notes, support tickets and related identifiers within 30 days.
  3. We message you once deletion is complete.

Delete your website account

Contact us from your registered email or phone with your username. Your account and personal data are deleted within 30 days; minimal transaction records are retained only as required for accounting. Active license keys stop working when the account is deleted.

Remove the app from Facebook

Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select the TradingAuto app → Remove. This stops future access; to delete stored data, send a request as above.
